At OMG Youth Sports, we are proud to offer specialized camps tailored for neurodivergent children and children with special needs. Power of Movement Camp, Health Matters, and Sensory Play Camp provide a supportive environment where children can engage in physical activity, build essential life skills, and gain confidence through interactive and adaptive activities.
Our newest program, Health Matters, focuses on promoting physical health and well-being, with customized modifications to meet the unique needs of each child. We are committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, can thrive and experience the joy of movement and play in an inclusive setting.
Our trained staff also provide 1-on-1 support when needed, creating a safe, encouraging, and empowering space for all children.

OMG Youth Sports & Enrichment offers door-to-door transportation to make our programs accessible for every family — no matter where you live in California. We understand that busy schedules, distance, and transportation challenges can keep children from participating in activities that help them grow, learn, and thrive.
Our statewide home pick-up and drop-off service is:

Game Changers Adaptive Basketball

A Basketball Camp for Neurodivergent Children
The Power of Movement Adaptive Basketball Camp is a supportive, high-energy, non-competitive program designed for neurodivergent youth ages 6–18, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and intellectual or developmental differences.
Held year-round at the historic Trinity Baptist Church in the heart of Jefferson Park, this camp is more than basketball—it’s a place of belonging, growth, and confidence. Children learn fundamental basketball skills in a judgment-free, inclusive environment that values teamwork, fun, and personal achievement over winning or keeping score.

A Statewide Transformational Fitness, Movement & Play-Based Camp for Neurodivergent Youth
Building Strength, Skills, and Self-Confidence — One Child at a Time
Designed specifically for neurodivergent children with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), the Power of Movement program helps participants grow stronger physically, socially, and emotionally. Through structured activities, sensory-friendly strategies, and personalized support, each session is tailored to meet the developmental and educational goals outlined in a child’s 504 Plan or Individualized Education Program (IEP).
The Power of Movement is ideal for children with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays. Our experienced instructors use evidence-based adaptive physical education methods to improve coordination, emotional regulation, social interaction, motor skills, focus and overall wellness — all in alignment with a child’s learning and therapy objectives.

OMG - NextGen Pathways Program

LIFE COACHING, JOB COACHING AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FOR NEURODIVERGENT YOUNG ADULTS
At NextGen Pathways, we help young adults ages 17–25 gain the confidence and skills they need to live more independently and prepare for their future. Our program teaches everyday life skills like cooking, budgeting, time management, and transportation, while also providing coaching to build confidence, organization, and social skills. We also offer wellness and fitness options to help participants establish healthy routines that support both independence and long-term well-being. Families can feel assured that each participant leaves with a clear plan for independence and a path toward adulthood.
What makes us different? NextGen Pathways is available statewide and gives families more options than traditional programs. Every participant works on independence and career planning, but they can also choose to add extras like certifications (CPR, adapted trainer, etc.), internships in the health and fitness field, or wellness-focused training. This flexible design means your young adult gets the support they need — and opportunities to go even further if they’re ready.

OMG + Health Matters Program

Health Matters: A 12-Week Wellness & Fitness Program for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
At OMG Youth Sports, we proudly offer the Health Matters Program—a 12-week inclusive health education and fitness curriculum designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This empowering program combines wellness education and physical activity to help participants build healthy habits, increase independence, and take charge of their overall well-being.
Through a combination of in-person sessions and engaging home-based activities via Google Classroom, participants explore key topics like exercise, nutrition, personal health, and emotional wellness. Each week includes three interactive lessons (60–120 minutes each), with support from caregivers and community members to reinforce learning and encourage active participation.
Rooted in values of inclusion, human rights, and self-advocacy, Health Matters is more than a fitness class—it's a holistic health journey. Whether you're supporting a child, teen, or adult with IDD, this program is designed to meet individuals where they are and help them move forward—stronger, healthier, and more confident.
