At OMG Youth Sports, we proudly offer the Health Matters Program—a 12-week inclusive health education and fitness curriculum designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Each week includes three interactive lessons (60–120 minutes each), with support from caregivers and community members to reinforce learning and encourage active participation.

Rooted in values of inclusion, human rights, and self-advocacy, Health Matters is more than a fitness class—it's a holistic health journey.
