Start with a personal consultation

The $250 in-person consultation and participation assessment helps us understand interests, goals and support needs. Your individualized program proposal follows the assessment, with pricing based on services, staffing, frequency and program design.

 

Funding through SDP

NextGen Pathways is offered through the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Funding requires individual authorization; ask your team about including the consultation and proposed services in your spending plan.
